| Richard Lawless, General Manager of Ashbury Images, oversees and is responsible for all aspects of the business and its social mission. Richard has over 25 years of leadership experience in the printing industry. Before he joined Ashbury Images, Richard served as President and General Manager of Watermark Press for 15 years. | ![]() |
Timothy Knapp, Assistant General Manager of Ashbury Images, assists in the oversight of all aspects of the business. After receiving a degree from San Diego State University in 2005, Tim has spent over six years in business and operations management. He offers years of experience, a strong work ethic, and dedication to the mission of Ashbury Images. |

| Tess Reynolds, CEO of New Door Ventures, oversees every aspect of New Door, including its social enterprise businesses and youth development programs. She began her career in brand management and spent over 20 years in the high-tech industry where she worked as a Vice President of Marketing, a General Manager of a $150M business unit, and a management consultant serving global technology companies. Tess has served on several nonprofit boards including Parents Helping Parents and Menlo Park Presbyterian Church. Tess has a BA from Ateneo de Manila University and an MBA from Santa Clara University. | ![]() |
| Caroline Pappajohn, Associate Director, oversees New Door Ventures' social enterprises including Ashbury Images. Caroline began her career as a Legislative Assistant for a U.S. Senator and then spent 10 years in the high-tech industry, leading marketing and product management teams. She was co-founder and COO of GearGoddess, an internet start-up. She has over 20 years of nonprofit volunteer experience and has served on the boards of Hands On Bay Area and The Volunteer Center. Caroline received her BA and MBA from Stanford University. | ![]() |
| Ciara Wade, Program Director for New Door Ventures, oversees and supports all aspects of New Door's youth development programs, including the Ashbury Images job training program. Ciara has worked in youth development, child counseling and case management for various nonprofit organizations and is a credentialed trainer for the Community Network for Youth Development. Ciara was appointed to the San Francisco Youth Council, a body that advocates for the needs of youth to the Mayor of San Francisco. She also leads a subcommittee on federal legislation and policy for the San Francisco Youth Employment Coalition, and is regularly invited to advise other youth-serving organizations on program development.
